Welcome to SB Nation Reacts, a survey of fans across the NCAA. Throughout the year we ask questions of the most plugged-in Michigan fans and fans across the country.
The Michigan Wolverines are 1-0, but after a 13-12 Hail Mary win, they are out of the Top 25. On the other hand, their next opponent is now ranked No. 11 in the AP Top 25.
Michigan faces the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday, a team coming off a 51-0 win in the season opener against UTEP. Oklahoma defeated Michigan 24-13 last season back in Norman, but now they’ll travel to Michigan Stadium for a noon kickoff maize out.
Michigan’s offense was abysmal against Western Michigan, and now they will go up against a tough Oklahoma defense that will send a ton of pressure packages at Michigan quarterback Bryce Underwood.
In this edition of SB Nation Reacts, we’re asking if you think Michigan will cover the spread versus Oklahoma. Michigan is currently an underdog at +5.5 points. Vote below.
Unless Michigan drastically improves — namely Underwood and the offensive line — they will not beat Oklahoma, nor will they cover the spread. However, college football is crazy, and drastic improvements and regressions can happen rapidly.
