While Orange fans were looking ahead to Friday’s commitment decision from running back Elijah Kimble, the Syracuse coaching staff landed another running back for the 2027 class.

Tylek Lewis of Zachery, Louisiana committed to the Orange last night over offers from West Virginia, Arkansas and TCU among others.

Lewis is a 6′ 210 back with a time of 10.7 in the 100m. He was rated three stars by 247 and is the 43rd ranked running back in the class. The Orange now have 23 commits in the class and we’ll see if Kimble makes it 24 before the 4th of July arrives.
