Tennessee linebacker set for return in Week 2 at Georgia Tech

No. 18 Tennessee (1-0) will play at Georgia Tech (0-1) on Saturday.
Kickoff between the Vols and Yellow Jackets is slated for 7 p.m. EDT at Bobby Dodd Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. ESPN will televise the contest.
Saturday will mark a return for Tennessee senior linebacker Arion Carter. He was suspended for the Vols' season opener against Furman on Sept. 5 by the NCAA for a $427.48 flight, which he repaid during his NFL pre-draft process.
Carter announced he would donate $427 to Nashville, Tennessee area cancer treatments at Sisters Network Nashville. His girlfriend, Mariah Bryant, has been battling breast cancer, and he cut his hair this summer to honor her. Carter will also donate $500 for each sack, $1,000 for each interception or $5,000 if he scores a defensive touchdown.
Carter was named to the Butkus Award preseason watch list and the Lott IMPACT Trophy watch list. He was also named Third-Team Preseason All-America by Athlon and Phil Steele.
