Tennessee is recruiting toward its 2028 football signing class. The Vols offered a scholarship to three-star quarterback Graham Simpson on Saturday.
“Blessed to receive an offer to the University of Tennessee,” Simpson announced.
The 6-foot, 182-pound prospect is an in-state target from Westview High School in Martin, Tennessee. He is the son of UT Martin head football coach Jason Simpson and brother of former Alabama quarterback Ty Simpson.
247Sports ranks Graham Simpson as the No. 10 quarterback in the class and No. 5 player in Tennessee.
He visited Tennessee for a spring practice on April 9, 2025 and attended a camp at Neyland Stadium on June 22, 2025.
Memphis was the first school to offer Graham Simpson a scholarship on May 9, 2024. Other schools to offer him scholarships include Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Syracuse, Boston College, Duke, Arkansas, UCLA, Arizona, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Maryland, Alabama, Auburn, Miami, Oregon and Vanderbilt.
Tennessee does not have any commitments in its 2028 football recruiting class. The Vols have four commitments in their 2027 football recruiting class: linebacker JP Peace, cornerback Kamauri Whitfield, offensive tackle Princeton Uwaifo and defensive lineman Kadin Fife.
