Texas A&M Football: Senior Bowl Invite tracker for Aggie Seniors

The football season has wrapped up for most players, meaning thousands of seniors have played their last football game ever. Outside of a handful of surefire NFL first-rounders, a majority of players fortunate enough to have legitimate NFL interest are doing everything they can to showcase their skills in front of pro scouts.

With Texas A&M featuring several seniors, the Aggies will have heavy representation in the various postseason Senior Bowl games. While pro days and the NFL Combine are valuable for measurements, interviews, and skill testing, nothing beats live game tape when measurables or athletic traits might be in question. Being able to compete on the field, up close, with scouts watching every rep will pay dividends down the line for draft positioning and freeโ€‘agent opportunities.

One of the more notable Aggies to compete and significantly improve his draft stock was Kellen Mond back in 2021. During the 2021 Reeseโ€™s Senior Bowl, Mond led the American team to a comeback win, completing 13 of 25 passes for 173 yards and two touchdowns. He would eventually be drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the third round and spend multiple seasons in the NFL.

As you can see, playing in these postseason showcases can be small but crucial for the athletes. Several Aggies have received invites and will have a second opportunity to prove themselves on the field. Below are the players who have officially accepted postseason invitations to the Senior Bowl.
