Texas A&M holds top spot in SEC power rankings entering rivalry week

With Southeastern Conference championship game implications reaching their apex, the undefeated Texas A&M Aggies remain atop the league power rankings entering the last week of the 2025 regular season.

Mike Elko’s squad handled business against Samford, which moved the Aggies to 11-0 for just the third time in program history (1939 and 1992). After a first-half scare against the Arkansas Razorbacks, quarterback Arch Manning’s six-touchdown performance led the charge for a double-digit victory for the Texas Longhorns ahead of the Lone Star Showdown on Friday.

Other programs vying for major postseason accolades also took care of non-conference foes, as Georgia and Alabama toppled Charlotte and Eastern Illinois, respectively. The Oklahoma Sooners defeated Missouri at home to move one step closer to securing a CFP bid, while Ole Miss spent its bye week dealing with continuous drama around the potential departure of Lane Kiffin.

As SEC programs continue to scratch and claw for the opportunity to reach the playoff, here are the Week 14 league power rankings entering the ultimate rivalry weekend:
