Texas A&M (13-3, 3-0 SEC) stayed undefeated in the SEC after defeating Oklahoma 83-76 on Saturday night, aided by four Aggies scoring in double figures, led by senior forward Rashuan Agee’s 16 points and 12 rebounds for his seventh double-double on the year. In attendance, Texas A&M football head coach Mike Elko hosted several key transfer portal players, who collectively enjoyed one of the weekend’s best games.

On Friday night, it was revealed that the Aggies were set to host Alabama transfer wide receiver Isaiah Horton amid Auburn star receiver Cam Coleman’s impending decision, and while Horton was not in attendance for the game, Elko was accompanied by former Aggie recruiting target and Colorado transfer receiver Dre’Lon Miller and Illinois transfer defensive tackle Angelo McCullom.

Another confirmed visitor, Miami transfer DL Donta Simpson Jr, further proves that Elko and his staff are looking add more beef to the defensive line after landing standout transfer edge rushers Ryan Henderson and Anto Naka, who will look to replace unanimous All-American Cashius Howell. Landing either McCullom or Simpson, or both, would complete the 2026 defensive line room.

Cam Coleman’s recent visit to Alabama could put the Crimson Tide ahead of the Aggies, Texas, and Texas Tech, but that’s yet to be determined after the Alabama native returned home before making his final decision. Landing Isaiah Horton wouldn’t just be insurance if Coleman isn’t an option, but an elite addition to an already established, yet undersized WR Room.

Lastly, Dre’Lon Miller is a familiar face who was underutilized during his time at Colorado, and while he doesn’t possess Horton’s size, his speed and versatility would make up for KC Concepcion’s departure.
