Duncanville Players to Watch

QB Jcoryon Rivers: The senior signal caller has taken over the bulk of the snaps after sharing time earlier in the season. Rivers has thrown for 1,297 yards and 12 touchdowns this Texas high school football season.

DL Landon Barnes: The Ole Miss signee has been a problem for opposing offensive lineman all season long for the Panthers as the EDGE rusher has totaled 44 tackles, 23.5 for loss and 10.5 sacks.

DL Kevin Ford: On the other side of Barnes is Ford, who has already signed with the University of Florida. Ford has accounted for 31 tackles, 17.8 for loss and eight and a half sacks this season.

WR Trenton Yancey: The 2027 four-star wide receiver has been tremendous throughout the season for the Panthers, hauling in 54 passes for 780 yards and nine touchdowns.

North Shore Players to Watch

QB Kaleb Maryland: The Utah State quarterback signee has been playing very well behind center, throwing for 2,322 yards, 24 touchdowns and just three interceptions this season.

CB Chace Calicut: Calicut, a Georgia four-star cornerback signee, is the top defensive back out of the North Shore secondary. The cornerback will likely be matched up with Duncanville’s Trenton Yancey throughout the afternoon.

WR Aubrey Johnson: The Mustangs feature a number of top flight receivers, with Johnson being among one of the team’s best pass catchers. Johnson has hauled in 42 passes for 720 yards and scored six touchdowns.

RB Hezekiah Johnson: If North Shore decides to go to the ground game, Johnson will be the go-to-guy for the Mustangs. The senior running back this season has rushed for 1,132 yards on 173 carries and 19 touchdowns.
