The Georgia Bulldogs may be the team to beat for an elite 2027 four-star in-state offensive lineman.
If they’re not the team to beat, they’re at least in the top three.
Georgia is one of the top favorites for four-star offensive lineman Jordan Agbanoma
According to On3, the Bulldogs are one of the teams “setting the pace” for 2027 four-star offensive lineman Jordan Agbanoma.
“While a decision timeline isn’t until this summer, Agbanoma says three schools are setting the pace– Texas A&M, Georgia, and Nebraska,” noted On3’s Hayes Fawcett.
Agbanoma, 6-3/295 pounds from Loganville, GA, is rated by 247Sports as the No. 5 interior offensive lineman and the No. 9 player in the state of Georgia. He’s also rated as the No. 77 overall player in the 2027 recruiting class.
Texas A&M and Nebraska are the other two teams “setting the pace” in Agbanoma’s recruitment. Florida and Miami round out Agbanoma’s top five.
“I like them so much because of the guys they have developed and put in the league,” said Agbanoma to On3 of his interest in Georgia. “I’ve asked dudes from there and they have all told me that UGA will get me to where I want to be (NFL).”
Agbanoma is expected to announce his commitment in early July. It certainly wouldn’t a surprise to see him stick around in the Peach State.
Georgia currently has six players committed to its 2027 recruiting class.
