The Ohio State Buckeyes are still, and will probably forever be the center of the College Football ecosystem. They are the pace car for everything that happens in the sport, and in 2026, that will be no different.
The hope for the fans is that they have saved enough in the piggy bank during the offseason to be able to afford a ticket to at least one of these games next year.
The College Football report pulled the top 25 most expensive games in college football for the 2026 season, and you guessed it, the Buckeyes are responsible for four such games.
The Buckeyes are tied with the Tennessee Volunteers and the LSU Tigers for having four of the most expensive tickets, while the team that leads the way in this category is the Texas Longhorns.
The most expensive game in 2026 goes to Texas, and it is their rivalry matchup with Texas A&M. This rivalry has resurfaced over the past half-decade as both teams have elevated their status to the top of the sport and are now both competing for the Playoffs and, in theory, National Championships.
For the Buckeyes, their first appearance on the chart is for the week two affair with those aforementioned Longhorns. Week two down in Austin, Texas, will be a scene from the movie 300. There is budding bad blood between these two programs as they jockey for position. This game will be an all-out war, and to see it, you'll need to spend at least $600.

Next up is The Game. The ticket for the Ohio State vs. Michigan game in late November is the second hottest Buckeye ticket on the market. Can the Buckeyes turn the series into a win streak? If you want to go watch it happen, you're looking at at least $419.
Game No. 3 is actually a surprise, in my opinion. The get-in price for the Big Ten Championship rematch in Bloomington is $402, and while I'm not naive to the fact that that isn't cheap, I personally would have expected it to be more.
The last one for the Buckeyes is their midseason bout with the Oregon Ducks inside the Horseshoe. This ticket is running for nearly $300 at $292, with the likelihood of increasing as we get closer to the game.
There are some big-ticket items out there for the Ohio State Buckeyes. Hopefully, people can shell out enough cash to see them in person because these games are going to be amazing.
