This is my upset leg.

Texas Tech is a 7.5-point home favorite, but both teams are 2-0 and have already faced a common opponent in Oregon State. Texas Tech beat Houston 35-11 last season, but the Red Raiders are less stable at quarterback, and their pass rush hasn't looked as ferocious as it did last season. At +260 on the moneyline, Houston is worth the gamble.

Oregon is coming off a shocking upset loss to Oklahoma State, so I expect the Ducks to come out with plenty of urgency.

Portland State is 0-3 and now has to travel to Eugene after being outscored 100-43 in its last two games. I like the Oregon Ducks to set the tone early and cover the -35.5 for the first half.
