The conclusion of the 2025 regular-season has given way to awards season, with a number of Oregon Ducks being named to the All-Big Ten teams and being named finalists or semifinalists for position-specific awards.
Three more Ducks were honored on Friday, as they were chosen to the Walter Camp All-American team. Safety Dillon Thieneman, tight end Kenyon Sadiq and guard Emmanuel Pregnon were each named to the second team.
Both Sadiq and Emmanuel have been integral to the offensive success of the Ducks this season.
Pregnon transferred to Oregon from USC and has been arguably the team’s best lineman, creating holes in the run game and protecting quarterback Dante Moore. He’s put himself in position to be a draft pick come 2026, something that wasn’t a sure thing coming into the season.

Meanwhile, Sadiq has been dynamite over the last month of the season. He got off to a slow start, but got going after missing a game against Iowa with a knee injury.
His eight-catch, 96-yard, one-touchdown performance against the Minnesota Golden Gophers on Nov. 14 was filled with highlight-reel worthy catches and runs โ but he had more the next week. In a critical meeting with the USC Trojans, Sadiq had another standout day: six catches for 72 yards and two touchdowns, bringing his season total to eight receiving scores.
Sadiq finished the year as Oregon’s leading receiver, was named the Big Ten Tight End of the Year and was a Mackey Award finalist. Quite the year for the junior.
Speaking of having a year, Thieneman had one as well. Joining the team after two impressive seasons at Purdue, Thieneman stepped right in as a key contributor from Day 1.
He proved to be a Swiss Army knife for defensive coordinator Tosh Lupoi, showing his ranginess in the secondary and ability to step up near the line of scrimmage in run support. The only safety that rivaled Thieneman this season was Ohio State’s Caleb Downs, who is widely considered one of the best players in college football.
All three players are well deserving of the honor and will look to continue excelling on the biggest stage in the sport: the College Football Playoff.
