Uniform combo revealed for Michigan Football vs Iowa

Michigan’s four-week homestand to open the year concludes tomorrow, as the Wolverines host Iowa at the Big House this Saturday at 3:30 PM. That means we have another uniform combo ready.

And it’s another familiar one. Michigan will be rocking all blue with maize accents against the Hawkeyes — a blue jersey and pants, with maize socks and accessories. It’s yet another of the Wolverines’ most frequent combinations.

Personally, I’m quite the fan. I’ve previously stated my fondness for the “Big Game Blues”, and though I do prefer the blue accessories, I think it’s best to save those for rivalry and postseason matchups, whereas maize provides a nice switch-up for when you want to use the same colorway in a different context. I think it’ll pair visually well with the “Stripe Out,” another one of my favorite Big House traditions.
