One of USC’s breakout players of the 2025 season has been walk-on running back King Miller. After injuries to starting backs Waymond Jordan and Eli Sanders, Miller has stepped up in a big way, rushing for 873 yards and seven touchdowns while also adding 93 receiving yards.

King is not the only Miller on the Trojans‘ roster, however. His brother, Kaylon, is a fellow walk-on on USC’s offensive line. Next year, a third Miller will be joining them, as the Trojans recently added youngest brother Kayne Miller to their top-ranked 2026 recruiting class as a preferred walk-on.

The Miller family has been around the Trojans for quite some time—even before King and Kaylon got to USC. Their cousin, Olaijah Griffin, played cornerback for the Trojans from 2018 through 2020.

“USC is a great opportunity,” Miller told On3. “It has the best staff, they develop players, and a USC degree opens doors.

“At USC, they have a brotherhood, a togetherness, and great energy. USC has been my dream school.”

Miller is not currently ranked as a recruit by 247Sports. Given how his brothers have significantly outperformed their recruiting rankings coming out of high school, however, we should by no means write off the youngest Miller becoming a contributor for the Trojans.
