Vanderbilt vs Auburn injury report for Week 4 SEC opener

Vanderbilt football could see a key contributor return in its Sept. 26 SEC opener vs. Auburn (3:15 p.m. CT, SEC Network).

Tight end Cole Spence, who has not played this season, was listed as questionable on the SEC's initial availability report Sept. 23. That matches with what coach Clark Lea said about Spence, which was that he had returned to some activity.

Jaylin Lackey and Jamison Curtis remain out. Lackey has not played this season because of a soft-tissue injury. Curtis played in the first two games but did not play against NC State. Defensive lineman Aaron Bryant is out for the season after tearing his ACL.
