Who will lead the Virginia Tech Hokies in receiving in 2026? Wide receiver Ayden Greene first comes to mind, and for good reason. With Ethan Grunkemeyer under center, Greene is poised to have a huge senior season.

The Hokies also have a deep tight ends room, with Luke Reynolds and Benji Gosnell leading the way. But the player who could come away as the leader in the clubhouse is junior receiver Que’Sean Brown. The 5-foot-8. 175-pound native of Winston-Salem, North Carolina, transferred to the Hokies this offseason from Duke. Brown caught 64 passes for 846 yards and five touchdowns for the Blue Devils last season.

On Wednesday, Brown was named to the NCAA’s Biletnikoff Award watch list, which is awarded to the top college football wide receiver.

The award is named after Pro Football Hall of Famer and former Florida State wide receiver Fred Biletnikoff.

Brown is expected to be Virginia Tech’s slot receiver in 2026, and he’s also an outstanding punt returner.
