College football is back! Well… sort of. Eight FBS games are on tap for today. There is one played in Ireland, two ACC match-ups, two FBS virgins, and one ranked team in action, but no SEC games.

Saturday, August 29

North Carolina vs TCU 11am/noon ESPN (Line: TCU -8.5, O/U: 46.5)

+ This game is being played in Dublin, Ireland. Witness as Bill Belichick’s reputation as a GOAT deteriorates even further.

San Jose State at Southern Cal 2pm/3pm NBC (Line: USC -38.5, O/U: 61.5)

+ The No. 14 Trojans are the only ranked team playing this weekend.

NC State at Virginia 2:30/3:30 ESPN (Line: UVA -4, O/U: 51.5)

+ Former Penn State and Mizzou QB Beau Pribula now leads UVa. Ridiculous.

Jacksonville State at North Dakota State 4:30/5:30 CBSSN (Line: NDSU -7, O/U: 46.5)

+ It will be NDSU’s first game as an FBS team as they join the MWC. Former Bama assistant Charles Kelly starts his second season leading JSU.

Sacramento State at Eastern Michigan 5:30/6:30 ESPN+ (Line: EMU -9.5, O/U: 53.5)

+ It’s Sac State’s first game in FBS and first in the MAC, because a team from California playing in a Rust Belt conference makes perfect sense.

New Mexico State at Florida State 6pm/7pm CW (Line: FSU -31.5, O/U: 53.5)

+ Scout out the Seminoles for their Week 3 game against Alabama.

Hawaii at Stanford 6pm/7pm ACCN (Line: STAN -4, O/U: 48.5)

+ The Rainbow Warriors defeated the Trees a year ago.

Memphis at UNLV 9pm/10pm FOX (Line: UNLV -4.5, O/U: 56.5)

+ Former Bama assistant Charles Huff leads the Blue Tigers against Dan “Cousin Eddie” Mullen’s Runnin’ Rebels.
