A preferred walk on wide receiver who has ties to the staff has committed to play for Penn State.
Henry “Hank” Lustig, who plays for State College High, just announced his decision to commit for the Nittany Lions yesterday. Henry is the son of special teams coordinator Justin Lustig. Henry had been on Penn State’s radar for quite some time, having been to one of the Elite 11 practices held on campus. Henry was able to work out with elite QB prospects, including Penn State enrollee Peyton Falzone.
Playing as a team captain for the Little Lions last season, Lustig was able to tally 41 receptions for 690 yards and 10 touchdowns on the offensive side of the ball. On defense, he made 39 tackles and added three interceptions. His background in track and field could come in handy for the Nittany Lions as well, with potential to become a kick return specialist.
Lustig is now the 15th commitment in Penn State’s class of 2026. It now ranks No. 85 in the nation and No. 17 in the Big Ten, only ahead of Nebraska. Lustig is also the second preferred walk-on wide receiver to commit to play for the program behind Deymein Doctor.
