As the Washington Huskies search for additional depth along the offensive line, position coach Michael Switzer has taken an interest in three-star Colton Ott and extended an offer to the product of Fairview High School in Boulder, Colorado, in late September.

At 6-foot-5 and 310 pounds, Ott is ranked as the No. 758 overall prospect and No. 57 interior offensive lineman in the 2028 class by the 247Sports Composite as the Huskies continue to try to make inroads in Colorado after securing commitments from defensive tackle T.I. Umu-Cais in the 2026 class and offensive lineman Reis Russell in 2027.

Ott holds ten offers with Colorado, Georgia Tech, Kansas, Oregon, Purdue, Utah, and Wisconsin among the other programs showing interest, and he could continue to generate interest from all over the country as his junior season continues.

On film, Ott mainly lines up at left tackle, but his future appears to lie on the interior. He's adept at climbing to the second level and shows off the natural power to drive defensive linemen out of rush lanes, paving the way for ball carriers behind him.

Ott never stops driving his legs and finishes blocks with authority, playing with the nastiness and physicality that Switzer and Jedd Fisch look for up front.

While five-star prospects Antijuan Wilkes and Maui Tonata, along with four-star Josiah Eney, appear to sit at the top of Washington's board at the position, Ott looks like he could make a steep rise as he continues to generate interest from all over the country.
