Jeremiah Smith said he was special, but fans are seeing it firsthand now. Legend Bey put himself in the doghouse late in the first half when he had an ill-advised kick return that led to a stern talking-to from the coaching staff. But with Ohio State up big against Ball State, some of the backups are getting some playing time. But if Bey keeps moving like this, he'll move up the depth chart real fast.

Bey lined up as a running back early in the fourth quarter of a blowout when quarterback Luke Fahey swung a little bubble pass to the ballyhooed freshman. After that, Bey did the rest, making several Cardinal defenders grab air as he reversed field and scampered all the way back to the other side of the field for a touchdown. It was a silky smooth run for a freshman who is receiving a lot of hype. And from what we've seen so far, it may very well be warrented.

The touchdown from Bey puts the Buckeyes up by a score of 49-3 with under 10 minutes to go in the fourth quarter.
