It has been a day where the Michigan State staff has bolstered its defensive line, and has added another defensive line transfer. Weber State defensive end Keahnist Thompson has committed to the Spartans.
A 6-foot-3, 255 pound defensive end, he is a native of Lakeland (FL), starting his career at UCF. He was a 4-star commit in the 2022 class, choosing the Knights over Alabama, Miami, Texas and more. At Weber State, where he spent the last three seasons, he has compiled 63 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss and five sacks.
He will be bringing one year of eligibility with him to East Lansing.
