Week 3 of the college football season is here, and we're starting to reach the point of the season where we can start to draw some conclusions and either confirm or deny our preseason suppositions.

We'll likely learn a lot more from a few matchups on the Saturday slate, especially the headliner as Lane Kiffin makes his return to Oxford when LSU faces Ole Miss on the road with College GameDay in town. That's one of a few interesting matchups in the SEC, along with the conference debuts for Jon Sumrall and Alex Golesh at Florida and Auburn. Alabama also gets its chance for revenge against Florida State when it hosts the Seminoles in Tallahassee.

In the ACC, we have a game that could have major impacts on the ACC title race as ranked SMU and Louisville teams face off.
