The No. 20 Texas Longhorns have found a way to extend their playoff hopes into November after a pair of overtime road wins against winless SEC teams, and now return home for the first time in a month to host No. 9 Vanderbilt.

Texas looks like it will have Arch Manning, under center, as the quarterback was cleared from concussion protocol Friday night.

Vanderbilt has Albuquerque native Diego Pavia, the New Mexico State transfer at the helm and is in the Top 10 for the first time since 1937.

While Vanderbilt is on the better run of play, Texas comes in as a 2 1/2-pointn favorite, or about what home field is worth.
