Where Auburn football ranks in latest transfer portal rankings

The window for college football players to enter the transfer portal has closed, but the weekend was still active for Alex Golesh and the Auburn Tigers' coaching staff.

Since the window closed on Friday, Auburn has added eight transfers to its haul, bringing its total of incoming players to 33. Former Chattanooga cornerback Kamari Todd is the most recent addition to the Tigers' transfer class. The Gardendale native had a spectacular freshman season with the Mocs, recording 50 tackles, an interception, and a pass deflection. He recorded a season-high 13 tackles in Chattanooga's win over VMI on Oct. 4.

Todd joins a long list of players to join Auburn's roster over the last several days, which includes LSU defensive lineman Walter Mathis, Ole Miss EDGE rusher Da'Shawn Womack, and Notre Dame wide receiver Scrap Richardson. Auburn's recent pull pushes them to No. 12 in 247Sports' transfer portal rankings. Auburn has an average commit score of 87.20, which is higher than several teams, including Arizona State, Michigan, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Tennessee.

In terms of SEC ranking, Auburn holds the No. 6 ranking, with LSU, Ole Miss, Texas, Kentucky, and Texas A&M leading Auburn in the category.
