Kirby Smart and Georgia football held steady in the latest US LBM Coaches Poll after a 41-13 takedown of Oklahoma Saturday in Sanford Stadium.
The Bulldogs are still No. 2, one spot behind top-ranked Texas which won at then No. 13 Tennessee 20-17.
Georgia (4-0) took advantage of four Oklahoma turnovers and limited Oklahoma to 65 rushing yards.
The Bulldogs turned those turnovers into 17 points including a Chris Cole 85-yard fumble return for touchdown.
"It was big momentum plays, like when the defense gives us the ball, we have to capitalize," quarterback Gunner Stockton said, "and I think we did a decent job of that."
The Bulldogs are back in action Saturday to face Vanderbilt (3-1) in a 12:45 p.m. kickoff in Athens.
