MANHATTAN — Kansas State football coach Chris Klieman said he needs to build better roster depth moving forward, and it’ll start when he gets his 2026 recruiting class to put pen to paper.

A year after landing the 34th-best recruiting class in the country ― which saw the Wildcats land five-star Linkon Cure, the highest-rated signee in the program’s history ― K-State is trending toward having a class that ranks in the second half of the Big 12.

Kansas State went 6-6 in 2025, winning four of its last six games to become bowl eligible. It fell short of the Wildcats’ preseason expectations, which labeled them as a team that should’ve competed for a Big 12 championship.

Here’s a breakdown of Kasnas State football’s 2026 recruiting class, including rankings, targets and commitments as of Dec. 1.
