Who is the Taunton Daily Gazette Football Player of the Week for Week 11?

The second week of playoff/non-playoff high school football has come and gone in the Greater Taunton area.

In Week 11, Dighton-Rehoboth (4-6, 2-2 South Coast Blue) battled but ultimately fell 26-19 to Dennis-Yarmouth in non-playoff action down the Cape.

The Taunton Daily Gazette Football Player of the Week for Week 10 is Bridgewater-Raynham’s Adrian Peebles, receiving 42% of the vote. Fellow Trojan Jack Lambert came in second with 15% while Bristol-Plymouth’s Nate Hicks received 12% to finish third.

Now, it’s time to vote for the Taunton Daily Gazette Football Player of the Week for Week 11 from among the eight nominees, with polls open through noon Sunday, Nov. 23.

Dylan Keenan, Taunton

Keenan had a pair of rushing touchdowns, one from 2 yards out and the other from 7 yards out, as well as a 42-yard touchdown pass against Braintree.

Dio Silva, Taunton

Silva hauled in a 42-yard touchdown against Braintree.

Jack Lambert, Bridgewater-Raynham

Lambert threw a pair of passing touchdowns against Billerica.

Adrian Peebles, Bridgewater-Raynham

Peebles had a pair of rushing touchdowns against Billerica.

Nate Hicks, Bristol-Plymouth

Hicks had a pair of rushing touchdowns and a 2-point conversion against Whittier Tech.

Thaniel LaBrie, Bristol-Plymouth

LaBrie had a rushing touchdown against Whittier Tech.

Titan Grassie, Dighton-Rehoboth

Grassie had a pick-6 touchdown against Dennis-Yarmouth.

Maddex Mendoza, Dighton-Rehoboth

Mendoza had a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown against Dennis-Yarmouth.
