Will Louisiana football sign anyone on National Signing Day?

The offseason rebuild continues for Louisiana football and with National Signing Day events happening across the country, the Ragin’ Cajuns add even more.

At the early signing day period, the Cajuns already signed 23 players, ushering in fresh young talent for the 2026 season. The transfer portal also added five transfers, including former LSU linebacker Princeton Malbrue and former Tulane offensive lineman Jayce Mitchell. They lost more than they gained, losing nine players from last year, still leaving some to desire on the roster.

Head coach Michael Desormeaux and his staff tapped local avenues and gained a few more new faces on signing day. Here’s a list of Class of 2026 players who signed and are committed to the Cajuns on National Signing Day:
