Wisconsin football commit targets major in-state recruit

After a strong start to April, the Wisconsin Badgers now have seven players committed to their class of 2027.
The addition of the Mallinger twins was key. Now, according to 247Sports, Wisconsin has a top-15 recruiting class in the country.
That said, some of these recruits still aren’t satisfied. Even though the program’s class ranking is way up from a season ago, when it finished No. 68, top commit Korz Loken believes this team has what it takes to bring in another top in-state player.
Seeing as all seven commitments have come from in-state players, it’s reasonable to think Kingston Allen could be the next commitment to come Wisconsin’s way.
Loken responded to 247’s Nick Osen, as he believes the Badgers are still “missing” a key piece to their puzzle.

Allen is a four-star running back out of Green Bay, WI. He plays for Notre Dame Academy and is listed as a top 10 running back in the nation.
With a visit scheduled for May 29, Wisconsin would love to wrap up this battle beforehand. If not, Loken is one of many who will be patiently waiting to see if the No. 2 player in the state does indeed decide to take his career to the next level in Madison.
