Wisconsin football landed a commitment from 2026 running back Qwantavius Wiggins on Tuesday.
Wiggins, who visited the Badgers during their Week 11 home win over Washington, had been committed to Florida International since June. He still picked up Power Four offers after that date, including from Auburn (Oct. 11), Florida State (Oct. 11) and Wisconsin (Oct. 31). After visiting the Seminoles and the Badgers, Wiggins now has a new collegiate destination.
247Sports lists the running back as a three-star recruit. He’s specifically ranked as the No. 923 overall player in the class, the No. 59 running back and the No. 98 recruit from his home state of Georgia. He is Wisconsin’s 15th commitment in the class, joining a group that has seen several players decommit since the start of the 2025 season. With the running back’s addition, the class now ranks No. 58 in the nation and No. 15 in the Big Ten.
With Wisconsin top 2026 running back commit Amari Latimer predicted to flip to a Big Ten rival, Wiggins’ addition gives the program some much-needed depth at the position.
