5-Star DL Kellan Hall predicted to land with the Oklahoma Sooners

The Oklahoma Sooners continue to make a positive impression on 2028's No. 1 defensive lineman Kellan Hall. After hosting Hall for their Future Freaks weekend during the Spring, Oklahoma earned a prediction from Rivals' Steve Wiltfong. The Sooners had Hall back on campus for their win over New Mexico, and apparently the momentum is still very real to earn a commitment from one of the best players in the cycle.
On Monday, Sam Spiegelman of Rivals issued a prediction favoring the Oklahoma Sooners to land the five-star defensive lineman.
Hall is considered the No. defensive lineman in the class and is listed as a five-star prospect by Rivals and ESPN. Rivals ranks Hall as the No. 4 player in the class, while ESPN has him at No. 3 overall. 247Sports believes he's the No. 6 player in the class, but hasn't updated their star ratings to reflect the rankings just yet. By the end of the cycle, he'll be a unanimous five-star player.
Hall holds more than 20 Power Four offers from schools like Oklahoma, Alabama, Georgia, Indiana, Notre Dame, Michigan, Vanderbilt, Ohio State, Kentucky, Tennessee, and others.
Hall's a great athlete with a fantastic first step. He displays good power on his rushes, and his length gives opposing offensive tackles fits. He has the size and frame to play defensive end in three and four-man fronts. Hall also played right tackle in high school and shows strong awareness in his pass-protection responsibilities.
