Michigan basketball may have garnered much of the attention on Sunday, but Michigan football is knee deep in both spring ball and recruiting.

Last week, Kyle Whittingham managed to get his first few 2027 pledges, both safeties, but everything is just starting as it pertains to building the class.

On Sunday, Whittingham added another. After being teased on Saturday night by offensive line coach Jim Harding, the Wolverines got a pledge from 2027 Bullard (Tx.) four-star offensive tackle Sidney Rouleau, the third offensive line commit in the class, the first tackle, and the sixth commit of the 2027 class overall.

Rouleau is listed by On3 as an interior player, but by 247Sports as a tackle. He's rated highest by ESPN, which has him as the No. 120 player overall. He's No. 300 according to the Rivals Industry Ranking.

Coming in at 6-foot-7, 269 pounds according to 247Sports, Rouleau chose Michigan over offers from Texas, Clemson, Florida, Miami, Nebraska, Tennessee, and others. Originally from Quebec, Canada, Rouleau transferred first to New Jersey for high school ball before eventually ending up in Texas.
