With four-star Jeremy Adeyanju committed in the 2027 class, the Washington Huskies coaching staff has turned its attention to 2028 at running back.
As position coach Scottie Graham scours the country in search of talent to add to the class, he made his way to Las Vegas, Nevada, powerhouse Bishop Gorman High School to extend an offer to three-star running back Corey Hinton Jr.
Listed at 5-foot-11 and 187 pounds and ranked as the No. 44 running back in the 2028 class by Rivals, Hinton has experienced a massive rise since the end of his junior year. With the Huskies in the fold, he's now up to 13 offers, with Arizona, Arizona State, Oklahoma, Utah, and Wisconsin also in pursuit of his services.

After transferring from California's St. John Bosco, where he tallied 410 yards and 6 touchdowns on the ground while adding 11 catches for 86 yards and a score, to Bishop Gorman, Hinton should be expected to see a much bigger role, which should lead to a big boost in his stock.
On film, he displays good vision and explosiveness, routinely hitting holes and bursting through the line of scrimmage to pick up chunk plays. He also demonstrates good contact balance, routinely finding ways to bounce off or shed the first defender before fighting for extra yards.
Hinton is now one of eleven running backs that Jedd Fisch's coaching staff has extended an offer to in the 2028 class as it looks to continue adding talent to a promising room.
