Week 12 of the 2025 college football season wrapped up Saturday evening with six Big 12 games on this week's slate.

Texas Tech continued its dominance with a win over UCF. BYU, currently second in the conference, got a solid home win over TCU. The Red Raiders and the Cougars seem set for a rematch in Arlington for the Big 12 Championship.

Utah put up 55 points on the road against Baylor and continued to make a case that they should be considered for the 12-team College Football Playoff.

In the three other Big 12 matchups, Kansas State took down Oklahoma State, putting the Wildcats one win away from bowl eligibility. Arizona State, behind backup quarterback Jeff Sims' three touchdown passes, took down West Virginia. The most significant result of the weekend was No. 25 Cincinnati falling at home to Arizona. The loss all but eliminates the Bearcats from a berth in the title game.

With six more games now in the books, here are our updated weekly rankings.
