ESPN's 'SEC Nation' location revealed for loaded Week 2 slate

The Week 2 location for ESPN's "SEC Nation" college football Saturday morning show has been revealed.

Announced on social media, SEC Nation is heading to Lexington in Week 2 for the conference matchup between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Kentucky Wildcats. The matchup is the lone SEC conference game of Week 2, a slate in which a number of significant nonconference matchups take place such as Texas vs. Ohio State and Texas A&M vs. Arizona State.

Week 2 also features other notable nonconference games away from SEC campuses such as Oklahoma at Michigan, Tennessee at Georgia Tech, Missouri at Kansas, Mississippi State at Minnesota, and Arkansas at Utah.

Both of Alabama and Kentucky are coming off impressive wins in Week 1, each of which came at home. The Crimson Tide defeated East Carolina, 48-10, while Kentucky routed Youngstown State, 45-13.

SEC Nation will broadcast live from Lexington on Saturday, Sept. 12, starting at 9 a.m. ET. The show will be available to watch on SEC Network.
