Lane Kiffin’s daughter is looking on the bright side of LSU’s loss against Ole Miss.
Landry Kiffin attended the LSU-Ole Miss rival game in support of her father on Saturday, Sept. 19, who just entered his first season with the university. He previously was the head coach at Ole Miss before his 2025 departure.
In their first matchup since Lane left the college, LSU lost 32-24. Landry decided to take a more positive approach to the devastation by bringing attention to the yellow dress she wore to the game.

“Well, at least the outfit was good,” she wrote as she posed on the football field.
Fans loved the positivity that Landry gave despite the disappointment LSU fans faced on Saturday.
“When life gives you lemons, turn them into lemon Prada!!” a fan wrote.
Another fan gave a dig at Ole Miss while praising Landry, “It’s giving ‘is this to much for a little game day in Mississippi’ I love.”
LSU champion Livvy Dunne chimed in, writing, “The fit won.”
What did Lane Kiffin say after the LSU-Ole Miss game?
Lane reflected on being back on Mississippi soil for the game saying it was “probably not what I would have thought,” the LSU coach said on the overall experience and the outcome of the game to reporters. “It was just a lot. Coming in, I’m sure that’ll be criticized, whatever, but there’s a lot of stuff. Six years here and a lot of things, a lot of life-changing experiences, and a lot of really good people that helped me through some really hard times.”
He is now looking ahead and is leading with positivity on a better outcome next week.
“We’re 0-1 in SEC play. Again, whether win or loss, I was already ready for that, knowing, man, it feels like we’ve already played a season with so much emotion in the games—the first and third games and all the stuff,” he told reporters at the end of the game. “Now we’re right back to where we’ve always been and have eight SEC games to play. There’s a lot of football left. We go back home next week and get a win.”
Next up for LSU will be a matchup against the Texas A&M Aggies, and Ole Miss will be facing the Florida Gators on Saturday, Sept. 26.
