Week 6 of the 2026 college football season is over, and it might have been the most chaotic week of the year for the ACC.

While four teams were on bye and the Stanford Cardinal played the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, the remaining 12 all played each other, and there were several shocking results. The Louisville Cardinals started it off on Friday night by blowing out the FSU Seminoles, and it only got crazier from there.

The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets upset the Duke Blue Devils, California Golden Bears upset the Virginia Tech Hokies, and the North Carolina Tar Heels shocked the Pitt Panthers on the road. Virginia got all it wanted from Syracuse, coming back from a 17-7 halftime deficit to avoid an upset of their own.

How did all the action change our power rankings of the ACC? Here is an updated look at the ACC picture after Week 6.
