Week 5 of the 2026 college football season is complete, and the ACC continues to be one of the most unpredictable conferences in the country.

While the Miami Hurricanes comfortably handled the Clemson Tigers and the Wake Forest Demon Deacons cruised past the Stanford Cardinal, the rest of the conference is in a constant state of change. The FSU Seminoles dominated the Virginia Cavaliers, the Pittsburgh Panthers stunned the Virginia Tech Hokies on the road, and the NC State Wolfpack upset the Louisville Cardinals.

They came up short, but the Boston College Eagles played the SMU Mustangs close on the road, and the North Carolina Tar Heels hung with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. The Cal Golden Bears suffered another tough loss, losing to the UNLV Rebels.

How does all the action change our power rankings of the ACC? Here is an updated look at the ACC picture after Week 5.
