On Saturday night, the Alabama Crimson Tide officially avenged last season's shocking loss in Tallahassee via a 50-36 home win over the Florida State Seminoles.
The Crimson Tide were led by a solid offensive showing that featured 567 yards of total offense, 247 of which came on the ground. Alabama also struggled at times though during the victory, especially in pass defense where the Tide surrendered 377 yards through the air.
Taking an overall look at Saturday's performance though, which players were among the most impactful in the win, and who impressed most?
Following is a look at this week's Alabama stock report, which features three Crimson Tide players who are trending up as a result of their performance against Florida State.
Keelon Russell, Quarterback
Russell's third start at quarterback for the Crimson Tide was likely his most impressive yet, completing 23-of-30 passes for 320 yards and three touchdowns with a QBR of 95.9. The sophomore also made an impact rushing, as Russell racked up 56 yards and a touchdown on three attempts, running for a 57-yard score late in the third.
Trae'shawn Brown, Running Back
A team which racked up 247 yards on the ground, it was the true freshman ended up leading Alabama in rushing against Florida State. Brown, who also had a catch for six yards, rushed for 86 yards and a touchdown on his 12 attempts, averaging 7.2 yards per carry.
Conor Talty, Kicker
One of the early season MVP's for the Crimson Tide, Talty had yet another big showing Saturday against Florida State by making all three field goal attempts from 32, 43, and 45 yards out. Talty, who also made all five extra-point attempts, has yet to miss a field goal this season, now sitting at a perfect 8-for-8.
