The Week 7 AP Top 25 Poll is about to undergo an overhaul.

Texas (1), Alabama (6), LSU (10), Oregon (13), and Florida (16) all lost. UCLA, Kentucky, Iowa, and Wake Forest all have great records, and after this week, they have wins over strong teams, too. So, now where will all the puzzle pieces fit, and how far will the Longhorns, Crimson Tide, Tigers, and Ducks drop? Here’s our call on what this week’s AP rankings will be.

2026 AP Top 25 Poll Prediction: Week 7 Quick Hits

Remembering that Oregon beat USC and lost to Oklahoma State, where those three rank will be interesting. It’ll also be noteworthy if Indiana gets credit for a win over an unbeaten Nebraska, or if the voters were unimpressed.
The biggest winners will be: UCLA, Iowa, Kentucky
The biggest losers will be: Florida, LSU, Oregon
