Why isn’t Wake Forest ranked? Its only loss was in a good performance against now-No. 4 Miami, it just beat Louisville on the road, and yet it’s behind No. 21 SMU that lost to Louisville.

But to give the AP credit, it got Wisconsin (26) over Penn State (28) right, and it has Ole Miss (9) over LSU (11) – the Coaches Poll whiffed both of those a big way.
