2-0 and top-15 ranked BYU will hit the road for the first time Saturday when they travel to face an old WAC/MWC foe Saturday in Fort Collins. FanDuel released week 3 lines and BYU opened as a 19.5-point favorite over the Rams. The point total is 52.5.

Colorado State is 2-0 after a 35-13 win over Wyoming and 58-24 win Saturday over SUU. Former TCU and Oklahoma State QB Hauss Henjny is the signal caller and is a dual threat. Through two games Hejny has completed 65% of his passes for 539 yards, 9 TDs, and 1 interception. He has 124 yards on the ground, including a 75-yard TD run versus SUU.

Longtime head coach Jim Mora is in his first season at Colorado State after four seasons at UConn, where he brought over some of UConn’s top players. Mora has previously been a head coach at UCLA and in the NFL for the Seattle Seahawks and Atlanta Falcons.

Colorado State isn’t expected to compete atop the Big 12, but have looked solid in two games versus subpar competition. The crowd should be juiced to play an old rival and top 15 team. This is BYU and Colorado State’s first meeting since 2010 when both teams were MWC members.
