Biff Poggi has taken the program’s reins leading up to the bowl game and has taken several opportunities to share his thoughts on the state of Michigan’s program moving forward. Poggi had a mouthful to say about the transfer portal on Monday including what he and the next coach most focus on if the Wolverines are to become a more successful program in the coming years.
