College Football Over/Under Picks for Week 2

Unders aren't sexy. Nobody turns on a college football Saturday hoping to watch punts, field goals, and 12-play drives that end in absolutely nothing. But last I checked, an Under cashes exactly the same as an Over.
Week 2 is also where the adjustments begin. We have actual football to work with, but the market is still trying to decide what was real in Week 1 and what was noise.
So if the numbers skew my college football Over/Under picks to root for ugly, I'll root for ugly.
Here are my three favorite college football picks for Week 2.

Oklahoma vs Michigan: Under 43.5
Kalshi probability: 51%
Michigan’s offense was a disaster in Week 1, but its defense spent more than 40 minutes on the field and still held Western Michigan to 221 yards and zero touchdowns. Oklahoma presents an even tougher defensive matchup for a Wolverines offense that struggled to sustain drives.
Michigan’s defense is good enough to keep the Sooners from running away with this, while the Wolverines should do everything possible to protect Bryce Underwood and shorten the game.
This has rock fight written all over it, which is why it was the first play added to my college football picks.
Arizona vs BYU: Under 49.5
Kalshi probability: 55%
BYU scored 63 points in Week 1, but that included four Utah Tech turnovers and a 100-yard kickoff-return touchdown. I’m not paying for that scoreboard against an Arizona team that allowed just seven points in its opener.
The Wildcats should have a much harder time generating offense in Provo, while BYU has no reason to turn this into a track meet if it can control the game defensively.
Arkansas vs Utah: Under 54.5
Kalshi probability: 49%
Utah hung 66 points on Idaho in Week 1, but I’m not expecting another track meet. The Utes are double-digit home favorites and should be able to dictate this game on the ground rather than constantly push tempo.
Arkansas committed three turnovers in its opener, and now KJ Jackson gets his first road start at Rice-Eccles.
If Utah gets the game script oddsmakers expect, I see the Utes leaning on the run, controlling possession, and forcing Arkansas to manufacture points against a good defense.
