Week 6 brought its share of SEC chaos, which, in many ways, felt like business as usual.

That chaos is expected to result in a change atop the national rankings, with Georgia poised to replace Texas as the No. 1 team in the country after the Bulldogs' 20-17 road victory over No. 7 Alabama on Saturday.

The Bulldogs' win in Tuscaloosa will be talked about for its controversial ending, as officials did not call a defensive pass interference against Georgia, in addition to a targeting penalty and turning over an interception initially caught by Alabama linebacker QB Reese.

Oklahoma walked off Texas on a 47-yard field goal from Tate Sandell in the Red River Rivalry at the Cotton Bowl to pick up its first conference win of the season. The Longhorns were held to just seven second-half points, as the Sooners' defense caused absolute havoc for Arch Manning, who threw a pair of interceptions in the half, including a pick-6 and one at the end that eventually set up Sandell's field goal.

South Carolina snapped its three-game skid with a commanding 38-19 win in Gainesville over No. 15 Florida, a loss that hands Jon Sumrall's squad back-to-back losses after their statement win against Ole Miss just two weeks ago. The Gamecocks held Gators star running back Jaden Baugh to 59 rushing yards and a 2-yard rushing touchdown, but the game had already been put away with a minute to go in the fourth quarter.

Elsewhere, Ole Miss and Tennessee both handled business on the road with victories against Vanderbilt and Arkansas, respectively. The Vols scored 14 points in the fourth quarter to stave off another upset in Fayetteville against the Razorbacks.

Here's a look at how those games were reflected in the Week 7 US LBM Coaches Poll and AP Top 25 rankings:
