Florida State is setting up for its game against the Clemson Tigers on Oct. 31 to be loaded with top-tier prospects. Per Zach Blostein of 247Sports, 2028 four-star edge Antonio Thomas Jr. will be in attendance for this ACC showdown.

FSU will have two other blue-chip prospects visiting for that game also. Thomas will join four-star safety Giovanni Tuggle and four-star edge Christopher Sanon on this visit. Thomas took two game visits to Florida State last season when they played the Miami Hurricanes and the Virginia Tech Hokies.

The 247Sports composite rankings have Thomas listed as the No. 14 recruit in the country and the No. 3 edge. He's ranked as the No. 4 player in the state of Florida.

Thomas caused havoc as a sophomore at Carrollwood Day High School in Tampa, Florida. He racked up 54 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, 11.5 sacks, two pass breakups, and two forced fumbles. He was also a huge contributor on offense as he averaged 9.3 yards per carry and ended up with 927 yards and 15 touchdowns. He had five games over 100 yards.

The Georgia Bulldogs and Florida Gators have made the most noise in the recruitment of the 6-foot-3, 240-pounder. However, Florida State has also pursued him hard, making them a viable threat.
