• Western Kentucky first-year offensive coordinator Bodie Reeder previously coached at Middle Tennessee. He worked with Georgia coordinator Mike Bobo in 2021 at Auburn when Bobo was OC and Reeder was an offensive analyst. "Very innovative coach who has had success at every level he has coached," Bobo said in a release from MTSU when Reeder was hired. "He is on the cutting edge of offensive football. • Western Kentucky wide receiver K.D. Hutchinson did not play in the Hilltoppers' loss at Nevada Saturday night due to injury, according to CBS Sports Network. The nature of the injury was not disclosed. Hutchinson led the team with 66 catches for 618 yards and 3 touchdowns last season.
