The Demons enter at 0-1 after suffering a 42-37 loss to Louisiana Christian in their season opener. Louisiana Tech will make its 2026 season debut as Sonny Cumbie begins his fifth year leading the Bulldogs. After finishing 8-5 in 2025, Louisiana Tech begins a new chapter this season as a member of the Sun Belt Conference.
