Jesse Minter has put together a legendary coaching staff, and he’s added the biggest name of all as a senior analyst. The Baltimore Sun reports that Minter will add his father, Rick Minter, a longtime NFL and college coach, to the Ravens staff as a senior analyst. It’s the same role the elder Minter held on Jim Harbaugh’s staff with the Los Angeles Chargers.
Football is in Minter’s blood, and it started with his father. The elder Minter has an extensive resume, but he’s best known for 1992 to 1993, when he served as the defensive coordinator for the University of Notre Dame, leading the Irish to a #2 national ranking.
Another #Ravens coaching addition: longtime NFL/college coach and Jesse Minter’s father, Rick. He was a senior analyst for #Chargers and will have a similar role in Baltimore.

As the head football coach at the University of Cincinnati (94-03), he compiled a 53–63–1 record. Among the long list of Bearcat head coaches, Minter holds both the record for the second-most career wins and the record for the most career losses.
