The Southeastern Conference announced Monday that Texas A&M’s game at No. 6 Alabama on Saturday, Oct. 24 will be played at 2:30 p.m. on ABC. The Crimson Tide and Aggies square off in Tuscaloosa for the first time since 2022, when Alabama defeated A&M 24-20.

Since joining the SEC, the Aggies have only defeated the Tide twice, doing so with Johnny Manziel in 2012 at Bryant-Denny Stadium and at home as an unranked side on Oct. 9, 2021 in Kyle Field. While there have been some lopsided meetings as conference foes, the last two matchups between squads have been decided by a combined 10 points (24-20 ALA in 2022 and 26-20 ALA in 2023).

The Maroon and White (3-3, 1-3 SEC) will take a break from conference play this week as they welcome FCS side The Citadel (2-4, 0-3 Southern) to College Station. The final game against a non-conference opponent in 2026 can only be viewed as a streaming option, starting at 12 p.m. on SEC Network+ from Kyle Field.
